• Verification of income for everyone in the household:

                       -Last check stub (showing year-to date for 1-month current paystub)
                       -Social Security award letter
                       -Disability award letter
                       -VA Pension award letter or other pension received
                      - Vocational Rehab and Employment Verification
                       - Unemployment Statement
                      - Profit and Loss Statement for Self-employment
                      - Food Stamp award letter
                      - Alimony/Child Support/TANIF
                     -Documentation of any other sources of income you may receive 

• Current checking and/or savings statement (full statement) 
• Copy of current lease
• Current utility bills 
• Eviction Notice/ Late Notice
• DD214
• Copy of current photo ID and Social Security Card, for all household members
• Birth Certificates for children without ID
• Section 8/Vash Verification 
• VA Card
• Resume
